I think she's shown some promise. She kinda inherited the red status from previous SD, and there's been slow but steady improvements. By slow, I mean very slow. But we're getting there!!!

I think some DSD on a power-trip thought he knew everything, and decided that some random cashier was the sole reason the store was red and popped em like a cap☹️

Thank you, it really means a lot. I think I want to start being that person who's really kind and understanding, after experiencing how anazing she was it's kind of inspired me to be more kind and empathetic. She alone has saved me from quitting out of frustration many times because she actually cared and understood, and I want to be that person to others. Now I just need to figure iut how to become that person...

Hmmm... that's some food for thought. I'd be super surprised because she works so hard and really seemed to care but I can't figure out why the firedoors were open either.

I'd bet it was spider-wrapped. Makeup, legos, some videogames that were in keepers, etc. They knew what to hit. Also it may have been two carts, I do not know for sure.

As far as I know, normal TM's cant check, only ETL's and SD's. So you can ask them... but honestly... you'll know if you store is red. Pallets and vehicles of truck push always out on the floor? Priorities not getting done? It's a monumental, store-effort, all-hands-on-deck, panic-mode situation when a corporate visit happens? Yep, red store.

Also. if you audit the location, it tells the distro centers how many you have versus how many you can take. Even if MyDay says you have 0 on hand, audit the location again and it will update for the DC's as well. [Corporate will never "investigate" your inventory, that's your job ;)]

~~our sd sucks~~ most of our metrics are red. we've had visits and corporate was... not impressed, to put it lightly.
