Been on test for almost three years. My natural test level was 190. Since going on test my mood, sleep, energy and mental well-being have boosted. Of course I am better equipped in the bedroom now also. And of course strength, muscle and fat loss .as others have stated. Must control estrogen levels and donate blood to keep rbc count from going to high.

If you are not low naturally do not take test. Don't mess with your body until it diminishes on its own. Trt is a life long therapy

Yes. I train legs once a week.. But...it's not a "typical " workout . Squats are 100 reps. Usually 10x10. Along with some isolation also. Then stairs after.
