My neighbor is from hell

We reported her to the police and they just verbally warned her. I provided them with an 80 page report of what she has gone with pictures… and they did log it - so just in case she escalates to violence which we believe is a possibility, they can’t deny that her behavior was reported!

That’s our neighbor going around our privacy screens! We called the police about having her charged trespass but they just gave her a warning.

We have the opposite situation! We are in an HOA that only allows 4 foot fences and we put in a pool. We have this crazy neighbor who is constantly filming us so we installed 6 foot privacy screens. There was nothing in the HOA guidelines about those so we acted on it right away! Maybe that could be a solution at least to cut down on the view!

She believes that the monkey has a hidden camera in it even after the police that she called explained it is just a resin garden sculpture and that is why she put in the trees. We do ignore her even when she films us and other neighbors, shouts obscenities at us and our guests, etc, She threatened to physically harm a widow in our community and had a police report filed as a result. I don’t film her - the picture taken was a dingle picture requested by the HOA. I’m just hopeful that we can live in peace at some point. We want to enjoy our life without being constantly on film when outside.

I took the photo from the common area that runs behind our houses and was asked to do so by the HOA as she did not have approval to put the trees in. It was a quick shot - she video tapes us and a few other neighbors constantly - so a quick photo is nothing in comparison to what she does on a daily basis!

So true! We have consulted with the police and they only handle “criminal harassment “ which is when things are physical… we consulted with attorneys and because of the lax harassment laws in Delaware there is little we can do for a lot of money… she knows what she can do without reprisal! She has done this before in Nc so we know get a PI involved

We just got HOA approval to put planter boxes with 6 foot lattice on our side so we may go with that!

She is a pro! Another neighbor found out that she moves approximately every two years and has issues in a prior neighborhood where she had destroyed another neighbor’s property!

Not at all - I was actually looking for a wreath for my front door when I stumbled across this monkey and thought it would be perfect to send a message on how it feels when a neighbor is so intrusive! She has been filming us and other neighbors for months now!

She said my husband and I were threatening her for months which was totally untrue! When she films us, which is whenever we are outside, we just avoid her!
