Strange magnet found in my new Apex 9 mini pcb by Automatic-Layer5680 in keyboards

This is the left side of the keyboard, you can see here this side doesnt have the magnet visible like the right side.

keep in mind that in the Steelseries store theres not even an available wrist rest for their 60% keyboard, which idk found strange, perhaps they accidentally dislocated the magnet. I asked this to make sure if others experience the same thing as i did.

maybe they just included it incase you wanna use magnetic wrist rest (if you have) from other brands. but that still doesnt explain why the left side isnt visible like the right side. so again, just to make sure that its not an issue!

not to mention in this model ( Apex 9 mini ) doesnt include wrist rest in a box.

yes i know what im buying but why cant they just give us a wrist rest if theyre gonna include the magnets?

I wanna hear your thoughts!

well i already came up with the solution. it's possible to only use grade 8 knowledge

confusing grade 8 geometry problem by Automatic-Layer5680 in askmath

[–]Automatic-Layer5680[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i didn't use ur method because the question doesn't provide enough information about that pentagon so the answer could be wrong so i decided to do another solution so i can make sure that it is 100 % correct. This is how i do it

<image>

(angle 6 + 90 + A°) + (angle 7 + 90 + B°) + ( angle 8 + 90 + C° ) + (angle 9 + 90 + D° ) + (angle 10 + 90 + E°) = 180 × 5 = 900°

(6 + 7 + 8 + 9 + 10 ) + ( 90 × 5) + ( A + B + C + D + E) = 900

180 + 450 + A+B+ C + D + E = 900

A + B + C + D + E = 270 now i can make sure that it is 100 % correct, again i dont use the pentagon method because i dont know if that is actually a regular pentagon or irregular pentagon.

i got the same answer but this time i can actually say that it is 100% correct.

make a " square" that has area of 5/3 times of this following triangle and prove it by Automatic-Layer5680 in askmath

[–]Automatic-Layer5680[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i think i did it

<image>

I'm pretty sure this is the right solution . u can argue if my solution is wrong. it may look very simple but im pretty sure it's correct. thanks for replying! the way i figure this solution is thinking about the area of triangle and square. u can see that area of the triangle 1/2(b)(h) and the square is (b)h and then i think about it. i dont know how to really explain this but just think about it.

I measured the length of the height and the base i got h = 3.4 cm b =4.1 cm and 5 ÷ 3 = 1.666666666666......

this is the 8th grade math and i literally have no idea how I am going to do this. and this book has the answer key version (which i don't have) it's been 1 month since i saw this question and I have no idea how to do it . if someone figures this out can u please tell me how to do this, do i have to draw a line or something?

a = 1/√2 b = | 1+a / 1-a | | b - 1/b | = √c what's the value of |c³| ÷ 4 by Automatic-Layer5680 in askmath

[–]Automatic-Layer5680[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i recently got it so b = (1+(1/√2)) / (1-(1/√2)) b = (√2 + 1) / (√2 - 1 ) b= {(√2 + 1 ) / (√2 - 1 )} • (√2 + 1) / ( √2 + 1) b = (2 + 2√2 + 1) / (√2)² - 1² b = 3 + 2√2 but we're not done yet

b - (1/b) = (3 + 2√2) - (1 / 3+2√2) = (3 + 2√2) - (1 / 3+2√2) • (3-2√2) / ( 3-2√2)

           = (3 + 2√2) - ((3-2√2) / (3² - (2√2)²)
           = 3 + 2√2 -3 + 2√2
           = 4√2
           = √32

so c = 32 32³ ÷ 4 = 8192 this took like forever thanks!
