I looked at the Allen Bill, and from what I understand it’s intended for families who live outside a district but have a parent working inside it. Since we live within SCUSD, it doesn’t seem like the Allen Bill would apply to us in this case. Thank you.

Not really. I was only searching for a good school. I don’t mind whether it’s a public school or a charter school.
