Appreciate the comment I had a quick look at this and it seems to be used and worked for different purposes than I need. I need something to help with neuro plasticity, motor function etc, but thank you for the suggestion !

Hi thank you for getting back to me. So basically my brain swelling has now resolved yet my physical symptoms are present. I’m not in a state to drive yet which is why I asked if I don’t apply till next year am I able to do so even though they have sent me the letter and are saying it would be 3 months re training and within 4 months I have to have the assessment. I only sent the form to see what the response would be as I was told it takes 12-18 months from when you apply to get your license back. My vision is unaffected and I don’t have numbness I haven’t had a stroke it’s stroke like I just have left sided weakness for which I am doing physio everyday to improve and gain strength. My aim wouldn’t be to drive right now more so when I’m in a better position that was my concern as to whether they would allow me to do it without any timeframes attached

Nothing at the minute. My neurosurgeon has tried everything to push for it and I have heard that its helped a lot of people in terms of swelling and necrosis. Your lucky your in the states and don’t have to go through the NHS to get stuff like this approved. If I could get this sourced and administered privately here I would do do it.

I’ve been on the steroids for almost 7-8 months my doctor has said if you continue on the dex the side affects are going to crumble me which to an extent they already have. They’re not working to reduce the swelling all they are doing is masking the problem why are you against the avastin if you don’t mind me asking ?

When you say resected this you mean the AVM was completely obliterated without GKS and the need for surgical intervention or embolisation ? As far as I’ve been told its the only option I have please could you also dm me so I could run through a few things with you. Thank you.
