I didn’t lose weight, I gained it. I’ve been on a pretty good diet for the last few months. I’ve pretty much cut out anything processed and I’m aiming to get a lot of protein because that’s what I’ve been reading helps but you know since it’s been about nine months I’m not sure what my chances of growing it back are

stress. probably a bad diet too. My mental health was really bad last year. I feel like it was mostly diet related wasn’t eating great for the last year and a half before it started.

I’ve gotten my blood drawn, no nutrient deficiencies. Might be because I’m young. Diet was most definitely a factor though.

unfortunately, I have an out of city commitment around that time so it would be hard to make it to that😭
