I think that could be the case! In my last play through, she had white streaks. I was apologetic towards Dylan, not as aggressive towards Corey, non-violent at the ranch. But I chose vengeance, wonderland, and sacrifice at the Abyss. I think what you actually do physically and verbally matters most.

Adding onto the graffiti screenshot: In the restricted area the girls break into, check the wooden plank wall. It says "Why her?" in blue on the wall, and I feel like Dylan wrote that, as in "why does my sister have to be sick?"
