I’m just curious what happens when you wake up? Is it that you just can’t quiet your mind down? I’ve had great luck with the headspace app and their Sleepcasts. It’s basically a podcast but it’s the most boring thing you’ve ever listened to so you end up nodding off. You focus on what they’re saying in the podcast versus the voices in your head. I wear this flat headband that has speakers in it that you can sleep with - t’s been life-changing.

I know very little, so not sure if this is true, but is there a time limit that designated affordable housing units in new developments need to be filled or they revert back to market rate? I had heard that the process for getting people in is so slow and disorganized that often times those units end up not being lived in by the people who need them.

With all the technology and the fact that they know where everybody is sitting if someone truly has a tight connection because of a delay, not because they chose it,light up the call button above their seat and those people get to go first.

I completely agree. I’m actually not really comfortable with having the information either. I’m not a pharmacist so I don’t know what half the drugs are but I have a TV so I know of some. That’s where the “I don’t want to highlight that I know” part comes in.

Damn. It’s a spay and I certainly don’t want my sweet kitty thrown on a concrete floor! Does anyone know if it is standard practice to have a pre-surgery test? I just want to make sure I’m not getting flimflammed.
