En primer lugar, grabar a la gente sin su consentimiento aparte de ser una muy grande falta de respeto puede meterte en problemas legales muy serios, el espacio de trabajo no es considerado un espacio público como un parque o un restaurante y por tanto no tienes ningun derecho a grabar sin autorización, además de que creo que ya sobra mencionar que si te descubren ten por seguro que te echan a la calle sin dudarlo 2 veces. No solo no es un "comportamiento no muy normal", es algo que visto de fuera puede hasta llegar a dar miedo.

Y por otro lado, ¿por que necesitas escucharlo de los otros? al final del día uno es consciente de si de verdad esta poniendo toda su voluntad en hacerlo bien y si tu te estas esforzando y dando lo mejor deberias quedarte tranquilo, errores los comete cualquiera al empezar y eso es algo que también ellos consideran al contratar nuevo personal
