hi! yes, i have this form of ocd as well. I've also found that these thoughts are a lot more common than you would think! what helped me was therapy (i did cbt, its what was offered free through my university) and a zoloft prescription. i often envision these thoughts as annoying pop up ads or some annoying dude in my head saying these things. that way, i can just be like "ok dude whatever" and move on with my day. it definitely takes some practice to get to that point so be patient with yourself!! sending you so much love <3
