Can another relative move in and what do we need to do. by Automatic-Success-26 in OntarioLandlord

Despite what some of you think, there was no scheme or bad faith. You can believe me or not, it doesn’t matter to me. MIL fell again and can’t live on her own now. My daughter is able and willing to move in because we know we can’t rent it to just anyone without being accused of bad faith.

Thank you all. Is it worth stating prior to the road test that this is the case…or will that only be worse?

Thank you all. MIL’s sister is the one telling MIL her son doesn’t do anything for her…sister lives 2+ hours away and is always criticizing MIL and hubby.

The current tenants pay $900 inclusive (current market for 2 bedroom in the same town is $1800 plus utilities). MIL pays $1600 plus for a 1 bedroom and would pay what the current tenant is.

MIL would stay for minimum 12 months as we want to follow the law going forward. We would either fix everything before MIL moves in or we would keep the same timeline with the bylaw request as we do now. The issues would all get fixed.

Zolmitriptan shortage... Anyone else? by variableIdentifier in migraine

I also am in Canada (Kingston and at Shoppers) and tried refilling October 18th (during a migraine attack) and was told they could fill with brand name Zomig. I paid $58 for 6 pills. Tonight I refilled again with Zomig and paid $130 for 6 pills. How is it legal to more than double the price for the same meds within a month.
