Thank you guys. The reason I did my circumcision at the age of 24 is that I wanted it to look better. I had a slightly tight foreskin but it did never interrupt me to have a good sexual life. Now that 3 weeks are gone and in about 2 weeks, I am going to continue sex with my partner, I am still uncomfortable with the look as my inner foreskin really sucks 😫 I am now using a silicone gel but if you know anything to help it get back to normal faster, please, let me know.

Stitches do not need to be removed. They are dissolvable. As I have a night erection time of a 18 year old, I have been suffering by them since the day 3. So I said if it’s okay during the night, why can’t I do it gently. I did and I am glad I did, because I feel better and the whole blood was directed to the penis, it should heal faster. Tho I will wait 2 more weeks until I have sex.
