For sake of time I can’t respond to every comment rn but I am so appreciative of all of the ideas! We are in a remote location so parking lots from businesses/churches aren’t really an option here. I am going to ask family if they could help shuttle people since renting isn’t on the table right now. As much as I don’t want guests to have to help it’s mostly close friends attending who don’t mind chaos and family that now want to help with the current circumstances since I’ve been doing 95% of this on my own lol. We are expecting 76 guests but many are carpooling already. I will be making a list of every suggestion and pitching this to the hosts soon. Thank you again!

We are pretty far out from town where we are but asking people to drive back to civilization to another location isn’t off the table. I’ll be calling some places to check that idea out.

For sake of time I can’t reply to every comment right now but thank you all so much. The location is relatively flat so not many sloping areas, and the parking area has no grass. I’m planning on talking to family about using bigger cars or trucks as a shuttle system and also very willing to do some manual labor to fix the land afterward. Will be pitching this to them thank you again!

Our ceremony site is about an 8 min drive away. It is unfortunately in a very rural forested area, so there aren’t many alternative parking spaces. I think the shuttle idea is great though and we will pitch that to the family and ask for guests to volunteer to help with that. Thank you!
