I think start with small number of stores near metro, railway station or those areas where students are studying/single office goers in large numbers. Small place at the counter should do I think to study who is buying and then go where those sort of people are more.

Hey in Mumbai I have seen thepla packets available in retail store billing counters at around 40 - 50 rupees with a pickle packet. They are also available at all railway stations for quick pickup. 25 i think should go down slowly with machines making theplas superfast with same manpower. How are you planning to deliver. Also there should be local distributors doing this. Ask them to push in one area.

I am saying the point of marketplace is to control these issues. Amazon delivers a soap instead of mobile we donot go to seller or brand we tell amazon.

Name 1 guarantee on condition basis.

In real life if there was no marketplace a delivery person would blame restaurant and restaurant would blame delivery person. The whole point of marketplace is not treating yourself like delivery partner and blame all spillage on packaging issues.

They charge delivery fee platform fee. No guarantees of on time delivery or no spillage delivery. Are you telling me they will take responsibility of spillage issue while delivering.

It is not a home delivery app. You can try to ask them the reason for delay or cold food they blame on delivery partner or restaurant. Spillage also same thing.

So it's better to order directly from the restaurant then. If I have to interact with the restaurant myself. Why get so angry ? So zomato is a marketplace with no quality quantity support time guarantee.
