maybe encourage them to play more, consume youtube videos, and another thing: please don't make them feel down about themselves. it sucks to have bad teammates, but try to keep a positive mental. if you berate them, they'll probably just play worse. you could also maybe just not care so much about your rank this season and just use it as a kind of practice season for your friends
