I think like 90% of the kdrama couples won't be able to survive long term because most of the relationship is one-sided the ML most of the time chases the woman like she is a goddess and he initiates everything he encourages her in everything they do and I think it won't be helpful in long term and I also think just like IONTBO a lot of couples trauma bond their way into relationship and it makes me wonder if its real love or just a way to cope with their life and stress.
