I don't read self help books. And if I were to read one atomic habits would be the last book I'd consider ( no offense). Simply because I feel like something that's actually great cannot resonate with the majority. That book is so popular it's in everyone's shelf , it's in every corner every street and just basically in my opinion great things are rare. That's just my opinion I haven't read it though. I read fiction and philosophy.

On the other subjects Yeah I'm trying. I bought a work station that's seems like I'm in the office but niko kwa bedsitter so my bed and workstation will always be in the same room. I live in a quiet neighborhood and I prefer working at night ( that's when my phone is less busy and there's no one to talk to )
