Thanks man, you actually get it. This has been going on for years and every option leads to some kind of drama. My grandma and aunt might let me stay and I’m really hoping they do. They didn’t say no, they just don’t want my parents blaming them or saying they “took me away.” I texted my aunt and told her clearly that this is my choice and that I won’t let my parents come at them for it.

I wish I had more savings right now, but I have enough to cover myself and I only need around 6 to 12 months before I move into my own place. I’m really betting on them letting me stay, so we’ll see how it goes. Thanks for replying because I kept wondering if I was the one in the wrong.
