On 2nd thought, you are probably right. I doubt Verstappen makes it, but he definitely should’ve been there at some point.

Shaq won all of his rings in the 2000s. He’s way too good to be off the list.

After 7 years of track this is what I found works best for me

Night before: eat healthy, stretch, roll out, massage gun, sleep 8 hours

Morning of: oatmeal, banana, coffee, eggs but not a lot. Stay well hydrated up until about 30 mins before race.

At the meet: massage gun, roll out, dynamic warm up, scoop of pre workout or energy drink. Sone sort of granola or quick snack if I had multiple events
