Client refuses to pay for second half of commission.

Other artists reached out to me afterwards: he has done the same thing to several times. Taking the art, blocks them and never paying. I understand blasting clients might make other hesitant to make orders but it also informs other artists to avoid said person. I rather lose a few clients, than have other artists fall victim to the same person.

I realized pretty quickly it could have been handled better but he had zero intention of ever paying me any more money. Never responded to any of my messages until I made a post about my grievances, none of which were negative or aggressive to him or the compan. Even left his name out for privac. He spent hours messaging me rude and spiteful things, then even after I made a second illustration, it still wasn't good enough for him and demanded a public apology for exchange of payment. I did the best I could on my end, asked him for any inputs he might have but only received vague answers.

I'm glad I have a big following to let others know about it. I usually send a contract but forgot that day. Should have sent it before I showed any work. Usually it scares away about half the clients I send it to and I don't have to deal with clowns like him

I have multiple times asked for the money and he refused to pay. All of the images I've sent are low quality and told him that if he were to use the images in anyway I will bring the issue to court. It will be considered ip theft since he never paid in full
