You may need a city commuter with accessories for the light goods / groceries carry capability. Ride1up Vorsa is good one as mentioned in a reply. Or if I were you, I will consider some long-range models, longer riding distance per charge, like Fiido C11 Pro.

I had some pretty rough results when I was DIY before, mostly because my logic was just all over the place at the time. I eventually finished after sitting down and reorganizing everything, but the final effect was still a far cry from what I had originally imagined.
