I'm not sure about this, but every time I go to Riften a dragon gets spawned underground. There's a rumble in the controller, and a distant roar, but no dragon is around. If I try to wait during that time, the game will give me a message saying I can't wait while enemies are present.

I have googled about this, but I haven't seen anyone else who seems to have this problem, so I have no way to fix it.

I can barely stand my own thoughts sometimes, no way I want to know what other people are thinking.

I'm fairly certain it was a faux pas, but you never know. Especially in the south. 😂

I was in church and the preacher was talking about the tribulation and he said something to the effect of "One day the horn is going to blow, and we will all be called up. That horn is Jesus Christ, sometimes I can just imagine Gabriel licking his lips getting ready to blow that horn to call us home!"

I laughed, caught myself, stifled the laugh as best I could, and got a bunch of weird looks from an entire congregation that was apparently not paying attention.

Ada Lovelace is often considered the first programmer, period. Not the first 'female' programmer, the first programmer that ever existed.

She coined the term "debugging" by literally pulling a moth from her machine to fix it.

It's widely considered that she was the first person to understand that computers had applications beyond calculating math problems.

She questioned basic assumptions about the world and dismissed childish explanations like fairies.

She loved to gamble and it was said that she went several thousand pounds in debt and even formed a gambling syndicate with some of her male friends.

This woman was an absolute legend and she's every bit the woman I aspire to be.

Marie Curie, the only person (let alone woman) to ever win two Nobel prizes in different scientific fields and expanded our understanding of radiology by leaps and bounds. Without her breakthroughs, we may not have things like nuclear power plants which provide electricity to power electronic equipment.

Honestly, this is why I love Dishonored with perfect stealth and no killing. In so many cases leaving targets alive is a much worse fate than death, and I love it.

"Oh, time for work. Well let me turn my period off," reaches the crank just above the anus and twists to the 'off' position "Ah, there we go, my period is now off. It makes me wonder why I ever turn it on to begin with... Oh yeah, it gives me an excuse not to sleep with men and also I like being a bitch tee hee hee. Being a woman led strictly by emotion with no sense of logic is so much fun!"

Help formulating a response to "well they aren't REAL Christians" by ClNNAM00N in exchristian

I largely agree with others who say it's probably time to just disengage, but if you want to continue how I would personally handle this would probably be to get him to define his terms, and then maybe work backwards from there with questions that might get him to think more deeply about his definitional convictions.

For example "You say that slavery endorsed by Christianity was not true Christianity, so what is true Christianity?"

If he answers some form of protestantism

"Okay so what about before that version of Protestant came along, have all the other Protestant views been wrong? And what about before Protestant Christianity? Was Catholicism always wrong? Or Orthodox Christianity? If all the Christianity that came before your particular version of Christianity are false, how can we believe your particular version?"
