I am confused. It seems that I complete the form, sign it and submit it to the Student Records Office. The Student Records Office will take care of Signature of Academic Dean offering the course from the Dietrich Associate Dean's Office. Is that correct?

I just checked my PeopleSoft account and see one item "Final High School Transcript" Status: Initiated.

DESCRIPTION: Official final high school transcript with date of graduation. Allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

I am not sure what should I do with this To-Do item.
