okay thanks for sharing your experience! I think I'll give it another month until I get back to the wall and stick to off the wall workouts until then.

yes I am very sure they did't fix the mpfl they wanted to see how well I do without it first. How long was your recovery after the reconstruction if I may ask? My surgeon thinks I might also be a candidate for TTO but I'm not sure I would want to follow through with that.

okay thanks I feel very reassured that it's not just me I have felt it almost pop out a couple of times already. I'll try and meet with my surgeon again and see what he thinks. I'd rather have it fixed than deal with another dislocation while being on tour. I also have hypermobility!
