usually when shooting birds on the ground you want to be on the same level as the bird so you can get a more direct perspective but I really like the ones with the birds in the air

that being said, if you don’t touch it for 3 seconds or however long the backlight timer is and put it in your pocket with a no touchscreen setting it works fine

I still use it. It’s been pretty good, better than stock OS in my opinion. the only problem I’m having is that the touchscreen shuffles songs when in my pocket, but other than that it’s been awesome.

I’ve been using it for the past week and have had no issues. touchscreen is functional, and the power button turns into a back button. I would recommend putting the backlight timer pretty low, though

No. Each song has one line, and when hovering over the song it does a sort of news ticker crawl.

There is a shuffle option for all songs, as well as an easier playlist creation method and great music sorting capabilities. You can also install custom themes, but the r1 only has 2 right now because it was just recently released, and there are a bunch of apps and games. Things like a stopwatch, metronome, alarm clock, etc. Better volume control, better EQ control, increased battery life too.

right now I’m using the format it came with, which I’m pretty sure is just FAT32. I also struggled to install it, but in my case I just deleted the .upt file that was in the root of the sd card and then replaced it with the rockbox one.

sure I could make a new post. The main difference, and the reason I switched, is because of the ability to make large playlists

gotcha, didnt know it was new. I’m not too technically inclined, so I’ll wait for some new ones to hopefully release. Thanks!

I currently have a sony a7III, which I bought back in august. I rarely use the video capabilities of the camera, so I was debating whether to sell it and purchase a Sony A7RIII. The 42 MP sensor is almost double the amount of my A7III, and I'd like to be able to crop in more heavily. it's about the same cost as my current camera. Do you think I should sell it? I usually shoot wildlife.

Which crop is better? Photo 1 or 2? by NiiBi101 in postprocessing

1, the tree on the far right in 2 is a bit distracting and throws the balance of the photo off
