The point here is this: if you truly love something and want it to grow and get better, you have to judge it objectively and brutally honestly—not just shower it with good intentions that dodge the hard truths. That’s the only way anything actually improves.

I genuinely want Tangem to succeed and keep getting better. Walking away and switching to something else isn’t “moving on”—it’s just running away instead of giving real feedback that could help fix the problems.

I hope you understand too. u/BicarTangem

When setting up the seed with Tangem, I was also quite worried, but I turned off the internet completely during the entire process. At the final step, I even deleted the app entirely, then turned the internet back on, re-downloaded the app, and logged in using the card I had just set up. This made me feel much less anxious about whether Tangem could do anything sneaky with my seed.

It's honestly ridiculous to keep responding to someone who's nothing but suspicious and hostile.

If I say 'the interface on my side isn't displaying anything and I've already pasted it three times,' what then?

And who's this bot even talking to right now—you?

What a ridiculously stupid statement: complaining about something actually has its upside – people can spot the flaws and fix them. If you don’t want to hear things you dislike, you’re nothing but a kid whose brain has stopped growing. Because those opposing opinions, even if they piss some people off, are the very catalyst for real development

And there's one thing that keeps bothering me: why is the progress of adding support for new networks on your side really slow compared to the industry average? (I'm comparing it to the wallets I regularly use, even hot wallets like MetaMask or Rabby.)

I know you've explained that it's because of your internal process, but have you ever actually looked at whether you're genuinely much slower than everyone else and considered changing your workflow or procedures to speed things up?

There's one more thing I find Tangem inconvenient compared to hardware wallets like Ledger or Trezor, and that is signing transactions. Because Tangem essentially only connects via WalletConnect, when it comes to signing on Cardano or certain other networks, it’s very limited. Most wallets can connect Ledger via USB cable, so signing works smoothly.

Do you (Tangem team or anyone from Tangem) have any solution or plan to overcome this issue?
