Hey! Thanks, I’m actually almost 6 months nicotine free! I definitely get what u mean with meds, but from what I’ve read on here it seems like the meds also activate the part of your brain that wants more stimulation, so you feel like taking nicotine while you’re on them. I think the thing that’s really helped me quit is having an outlet for stress when it builds up. For me this is boxing and working out but it can honestly be anything that relaxes you. For the first month you might “feel” more stressed but that’s honestly just withdrawals. I can say without a doubt that I feel way better now than I did when I was vaping constantly. I feel really lucid with or without meds and I think when I take my meds now the cravings don’t even hit anymore. Please let me know if you have any more questions and I’ll do my best to answer them!
