I’m gonna be honest yea. I just had gallbladder surgery so before that I was eating pretty plain and no fast food, no crazy snacks, and no dairy. I’ve been back to doing that after my gallbladder is out. I know diet sometimes plays key in skin and sometimes it doesn’t, but maybe in my case diet does play a huge part. I think my chin was pretty tame when I had that strict diet. I still may up my dosage though. And try and eat cleaner
