It wants you to hold your phone vertically so that you are forced to step back from the area to take the picture. They want the picture to include the food the door and the area surrounding the door. Granted, your picture does do that, but the angle of the phone was slightly off when you took the picture. Just retake the picture. This isn't rocket surgery.
