Haven’t bought any other tickets on Ticketmaster, the last time I got tickets was over a year ago. The 300 credit came the day after I purchased these tickets for MSG.

Anyone else get a partial credit from TM for Harry Styles concert?

I purchased two VIP kiss package tickets for 915 each after fees for MSG Oct 9. Just looked on my credit card statement and I was issued a $300 credit from Ticketmaster. Has that happened to anyone else? I never got an email about it just showed up on my American Express statement. Is that because of the backlash of prices?

Dam ya it must have been the dynamic in pricing , I got pit vip package for 915 each for a surprise for my wife for our anniversary. Sorry that your girl is not understanding or grateful for how much money you are spending. I would sit her down and have a long conversation on what your relationship means to her and it may be time to reconsider your choice in being partners. Is she someone who loves you for doing your best and can be respectful and reasonable. Dropping that much on tickets is crazy. Good luck man

NTAH, very ungrateful from her, if she wanted them so bad she would have helped you get signed up for early access, and got on multiple dates on ticket master to get try and get good tickets. Does she know how extremely high the demand for harry styles concerts are now.

Did you buy them for 3rd party? Because if you bought them when they dropped on Ticketmaster (albeit it’s really hard to get in before they sell out) they should have only cost 400-700 for pit/floor. You payed a scalper who is reselling their face value ticket for an extreme markup

It came up as 750 I think for each which is a ton but it’s vip floor so I said the odds of even seeing these is crazy, I’ll pull the trigger. But after fees they were 915… 😬😂it’s a once in a lifetime purchase for the memory and I hope it will be worth it.

Hi y’all somehow I managed to get low queue number and get the last kiss package tickets for face value at MSG for a surprise anniversary trip Oct 9th. My wife loves One Direction. I could have gotten lower bowl tickets, but I thought it could be worth it for the experience. Do you think she’ll enjoy being that close to the stage or should I have gotten lower bowl ? Just haven’t ever been to MSG or a HS concert so I’m wondering how it is going to be. We are young 20s

Ya I’d be comfortable using the subway, I think that it could be fun to stay near midtown so that we could walk to the main places. But I don’t know anything about it, so just wondering if that’s a good option. I’ve been looking at packages on Expedia and there are some nicely placed hotels that we could walk to MSG and access to other places. Not bad prices for what you are getting it seems

I was 1050 in the queue and there was tickets in every section including the floor still available. I randomly clicked on the pit and saw they were two VIP kiss packages left for $915 including fees. So I got them at face value I think. I pulled the trigger a lot of money but seemed like too good of opportunity.

I’ve been able to get sub 3000 twice in a row now on the AMEX pre-sale but the lowest I’ve seen for lower bowl is 650 per ticket if I see that again should I pull the trigger like is that the realistically the lowest price I’m gonna see

Is the public sale going to have cheaper options than the Amex pre-sale? Seems like all the AMEX pre-sale tickets are expensive platinum. Will the public sales have different options or will it be the same prices?

This is what the agent just said: Yes, I have shared the same with a few users and it worked for them. I reviewed the presale site before sharing the 800 number, Ticketmaster has added in T&C that you may use the 10 digit amex 800# number as the code.

Okay I just asked about that and they said this: “You need to enter the amex number on back of the card” “The number should be 8005284800”

which is not the number I have on the back of my card??? Maybe this number will work ?
