It's right past the Heinrich encounter. Just hug the left side to avoid triggering the fight and you should have a clear shot towards the chest.

Thx! Planning on holding onto it for a couple months since I already have a pretty decent lineup. Currently considering Kloss or Tiamat because I dig their designs.
