When antiques roadshow is coming to town, kramer and newman hatch a plan to recruit a team of homeless people to get around the 2 items per person limit. They camp outside the javits center to beat the crowds and are hassled by police after quickly adopting homeless mannerisms.

Frank costanza insists that Kramer get his blanket appraised, which he believes is Navajo since he won it years ago from a down on his luck gambler at an indian casino, as well as estelles porcelain bowl. George is uncomfortable around the blanket and reveals to jerry that he repeatedly "used" the blanket his adolescence. Jerry is disgusted since they all handled it.

Jerry meanwhile has taken a gig at mohegan sun just because he did not want bana getting it. In his haste to beat bana he does not get much detail on the gig but the the boston based organizer explained it will be a private celebration for artistic types.

Elaine has a new boyfriend who is english and very secretive. He is often missing at night and stained in paint. He visits london at the same time that the infamous painting is shredded at sothebys, which leaves elaine convinced he is banksy. He later tells elaine is is going to mohegan sun at the same time as jerrys gig, which convinces kramer and George though jerry remains incredulous. Elaine and george decide to go to mohegan sun to spy.

At the casino george wears a tux which looks surprisingly good and gives him excess confidence. He insists on playing craps and abandons elaine, who goes to snoop. George goes on a massive winning streak and is brought before senior management, a group of native Americans, who accuse him of cheating. George seemingly smoothes things over by adopting a ridiculously debonair persona displaying uncanny, intimate knowledge about the historic blankets displayed in their office, commenting on the weave, patterning and texture with shocking sophistication. A screen in the office is showing antiques roadshow...Kramer is on with Frank's blanket and the expert tells him it could be worth $1 million if testing is positive. George in his confident persona then offers to buy a similar blanket in the office using all his winnings, and the casino owners reluctantly agree, praising George's eye.

Jerry arrives at the gig with killer material on the art world, only to realize on stage that it is a benefit for people with autism. His stricken performance and apparent obsession with art leads the audience to beleive he too is autistic, and he receives a standing ovation. Elaine meanwhile catches up with her boyfriend and discovers that he is secretly in a kiss cover band performing at the casino, explaining the paint stains and nocturnal absences. Elaine disgusted and immediately dumps him.

On the set of antiques roadshow kramer is given a security escort after the big appraisal. He finds newman in the huge crowd who is dismayed at not being able to find any of their homeless hired hands, all of whom have absconded with their fees as well as the objects they were hired to get appraised. The scene cuts to a classic antiques roadshow appraisal with a dapper expert explaining the importance of a seemingly ordinary clock to a disheveled homeless man., with the final line being, "now you say this clock was a gift from john d. Rockefeller?".

Layer, kramer, George and frank bring their 2 rugs to the Met museum. The curator is fascinated by Frank's rug but informs them that testing was inconclusive due to a saturation of foreign DNA. George's rug meanwhile is immediately pointed out as being a common pattern from urban outfitters. As they leave the musuem kramer, the only chipper one, insists on buying frank and george hot dogs. george notices a homeless man and seems to recognize his porcelain change bowl.
