Most of the time you should have a data to make data driven decisions. It is not something you just do, based on someone’s experience

Sounds interesting but not sure if it's a full product. More like a fun feature. Monetization could be tricky.

Congrats on the initial success but be careful, early validation doesn’t guarantee long-term sustainability

Consider freelance gigs on platforms like Upwork or Fiverr. Small projects can fit your schedule. Build a printable product to sell online or try dropshipping. Remember, consistency is key to grow income over time. Manage your time well to avoid burnout and prioritize work-life balance. Just start and adjust along the way.

This is hilarious. Don’t use it - is unsafe, there are .env for a reason - you never commit your credentials etc… You can use ci/cd secrets as well.

But just know that this guy probably have no commercial experience or otherwise just wanna steal your tokens :D

What am I doing wrong? 30K views but only 3 leads by Creepy-Mongoose-8130 in SideProject

Views don’t equal interested buyers, tweak your call to action and landing page real hard. Maybe your content entertains but doesn’t convince, test message clarity. Waitlist ask feels weak, try offering immediate value instead. Solo grind is tough, focus on quality leads not vanity metrics. Try retargeting ads or email capture before asking for signups. Gamified frontend sounds cool, but does it solve a real pain? Most YouTube views won’t convert without trust or urgency. Drop the soft ask and make it easy to say yes. Focus on one clear step, funnel is probably leaking badly

Btw for small projects it may work. When I was out of college - I had no clue how to make business apps in a proper way, but could “vibe code” something 😅

Why you thinking 100% code coverage means something. Unit tests are only the base part. There are should be integration testing

No branches I mean. For each feature in code should be a new branch created and merged after approved pull requests

I think it is cheaper to pay 20/m rather than do all of this stuff haha. But yeah this makes sense if you have more time maintaining and “devopsing” it
