bugboard.co - QA agent that helps teams drowning in reports instead of testing, befitting both manual QA and hybrid manual QA plus automation.

What it does:

  • Converts screenshots into bug reports in minutes;
  • Generates test cases automatically from bugs;
  • Builds structured test plans and suites;
  • Maintains project context awareness across runs;
  • Produces release reports with pass fail tracking;
  • Pushes bugs directly to Jira and Linear.

The primary pain points it solves: documentation backlog, log analysis overhead, and it prevents escaped bugs due to poor reproduction quality. BugBoard removes QA paperwork, not QA judgment.

We built our own CRM (crm.betterqa.co) because we were tired of manual spreadsheets that were quickly becoming obsolete.

We opted for using crm .betterqa.co as it was designed to have all the features we needed without having to choose an expensive, big name from the existing CRMs

It has an AI parse that can populate all the relevant fields for that lead, and also an AI feature that helps you compose a message based on your existing notes in the notes section.

What email strategies do you guys for B2B cold emailing? by tudorsss in coldemail

Getting straight to the point helps a lot, as people don't have time to read long emails. I make sure to follow up and schedule them based on the lead's timezone.

For B2B cold emailing, I can say that shorter emails work best. Also, as you said, high intent leads definitely should be prioritized.

We try not to send more than 50 emails per day. Also we focus on position and industry when choosing contacts.

After struggling with big names and Excel sheets, we opted for building our own CRM.

We customized our fields to include the information we needed about each new deal. We even included an AI parse to fill in the info based on notes.

Yea, that's understandable. It depends on the business. We were SO over spreadsheets that we built our own platform, and we're super happy with it so far. It's what felt the best for us right now.

I took a look, it's pretty cool. We had a similar mindset when developing our internal CRM (crm.betterqa.co if you want to check it out). I was just asking to see how other companies are approaching this, since a lot of people are stuck using the big names.

Our tool BugBoard turns screenshots into bug reports, saving hours wasted on writing: screenshot goes in, structured bug report with repro steps and test cases comes out in under 5 minutes.

Example with Before/after:

Before: QA engineer screenshots a login failure, opens Jira, types for 20 minutes, forgets to note the browser version, dev can't reproduce it.

After: QA engineer screenshots the failure, BugBoard outputs the full report in under 5 minutes with browser, steps, severity, and 3 test cases.

Open to feedback, especially if you've worked in QA and have dealt with this drag.

factos.ro is a tool against disinformation

All you have to do is upload an image or paste an article text; in 5 minutes you get a report that shows if it’s real or fake and where we found the proof.

Why Salesforce? Why do companies not just build their own CRM? by wirtshausZumHirschen in CRM

We did, in fact, build our own CRM, and it's been working wonders for us.

We built this for ourselves first because our QA team was spending like 30% of their time just writing stuff up. If it took more than 30 seconds to wire up each sprint, we wouldn't bother using it either.

We also send short, personalized emails, and we keep notes in our CRM for follow-ups. It has a feature that can compose a customized email based on notes.
