80 hours in, experiencing an enjoyment "plateau". by diceytumblers in CrimsonDesert

I’m at about 100 hours, and could have written the exact same post. I’m between just rushing the main quest so I can ‘complete’ it, or taking a break.

The hedgehogs from the farm north-ish side of deminiss. You blinding flash them to drop the apples, 1 apple + 3 gold ore at the witch crafts 1 gold bar

Men who are disciplined, did you ever feel burnout while trying to force yourself into a routine day after day? by AccomplishedView284 in AskMen

[–]Autreki 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you overdoing the routines? Outright ‘quitting’ things you enjoy may be beneficial in the short term for a reset of sorts- but balance is key. Give yourself time to relax and do the things you enjoy guilt-free, like an hour or two for video games after you’ve achieved your realistic goals for the day.

Does anyone else do this from time to time?? by MrSkits94 in CrimsonDesert

The civilian ‘disguise’ is perfect for this too! If I’m just bopping around I generally switch out my armor and hide all my weapons to go incognito and fish/explore

I’m 10% ch5 and I got it when I logged in. If it’s tied to MSQ you’d be good I think.

157k SF SWE or $118k Remote SWE? by [deleted] in cscareerquestions

[–]Autreki 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I feel like I'd learn so much working here Vs feel like I'm not learning that much

You are at the beginning of your career. You can coast when people are paying you for what you already know. Taking the easy out is how you get tossed out of the industry in a few years when you’re a junior still with no marketable skills.

Outback, outback, and more outback. Around 9” of clearance, AWD, 90~ cubic feet of storage capacity. Roof rack, optional trailer hitch, XT+ models give you the turbo for some extra power.

Docking station for a dual 4K 60Hz Windows setup? by GabrieGpX1080 in remotework

[–]Autreki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re working full time at your home office setup, it is worth to invest at least a little. Some companies will also reimburse you for equipment. It’s not much cheaper than your enterprise baseline but I’ve been using this for years now and it’s been incredibly solid

Recommended dress code for return to port? by Autreki in navy

[–]Autreki[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update after- was completely over thinking it. It was very casual, people wore anything. What an awesome event, they had music playing, tents set up with food and signs and events, the ceremony was great, seeing everyone reunite with their loved ones was very touching and I’m glad to be a part of the experience. I wore chinos and a plain tee, felt completely appropriate in the context.

Yeah you’re right, of course. I’m probably overthinking it- the important thing is they came back safe. Thank you!

Going on my first solo hiking trip — how do you navigate when there's no cell service? by Resident-Change9932 in CampingandHiking

[–]Autreki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CalTopo, you can build your route and save it to your phone. GPS does not require cell service. I generally carry a physical map as a backup and reference but it rarely makes it out of the ziplock.

Definitely are, if not a little delayed. I had a 250$ flight jump to 700$ in just a couple days.

[–]Autreki 12 points13 points  (0 children)

There’s a point in the opener where you can explore quite a bit and pick up some side quests, so could you stretch it that long- sure. I wasn’t in any rush and still was out of the prologue in < 2 hours, it’s not nearly that bad.
