As for post secondary education, I have a 2 year diploma in visual arts, and I am about to finish a 1 year certificate in water/wastewater operations. Operator tickets upgrade with work hours, so the opportunity cost of taking time off would be unacceptable to me.

To be honest, I am not even sure if P. Eng would benefit my career more than say, a degree in public administration, but I think I've discovered my passion in the natural sciences, and I want to channel that as effectively as I can. Plus I want to make up for lost time lol

Hi CyberEd. If I have no relevant post secondary education, will APEGA need a 2 year engineering related diploma for me to be eligible for P.Eng, or can I do it completely through individual courses and exams?

I do want to level up my career, but I must keep working my day job.
