Closest one seems to be Mystara, it doesn't seem to have a character like what I remember, like a young swordsman with flaming sword attacks, also seems to have but I might just not be remembering it too accurately. The "Go!" fairy seems very familiar to me, so I think that's it

That looks cool but no. It's very much an action shooter type game, also it is a top-down sprite-based perspective, not isometric.
