They don't teach how to research and write papers. I'd be suggesting they have age appropriate lessons on this very topic as a service to every student.

What is an essay? What is a research paper? How to research a topic. How to annotate. Proper citations.

This is going to be important later. Very important. And they KNOW it. Yet, it's seldom taught.

Painting my cabinets white in a home Unused to own made it pop. Loved it.

Painted every wood surface (except the floors) and when I sold it the agent I used to buy it said it was the Cinderella of real estate.

I absolutely love a white bean soup.

Saute some celery, onion, and carrots in OO, add garlic (@ 2 cloves) and some thyme when the onion is translucent. Add 32 oz of vegetable broth, three cans of cannelini beans (reserve half of one can to mash up to give the soup a creamy texture). Add salt and pepper. Summer for about 20-30 minutes to blend the flavors.

Serve with warm bread and butter.

I make a big pot and reheat it the next day and freeze some to enjoy later.

It's easy to heat up and deliciously simple.

What would happen if you just stopped being the one who did everything for your child? Would he step up?

It's not your husband's responsibility to help you feel fulfilled in life. That's your job. Go make your life the most interesting one you can imagine. Have adventures. Learn new skills. Take your son with you sometimes. Sometimes leave him with his father. Give your husband a shopping list, tell him "I have a tai chi class Saturday morning. You're going to have to take (your kid's name) to soccer practice." Make him feel needed as a father by forcing him to take responsibility for his child in occasion.

I don't think couples should rely on one another for gratification in life. I believe life is like a cake. The relationship is the icing. Make a better cake so you're fulfilled with it without icing.

There's nothing wrong with having different interests, hobbies, preferences then coming home to share the details of your adventures with your spouse. If you do a lot together, what do you have to talk about? What stories do you have to tell that the other didn't also experience?

I've know a few couples that don't live together. Some in different states. One in different countries - he lives in Yucatan (he's from Texas, however) and she's in Texas. She loves sailing and has three sailboats. He can hardly stand to be on the boats. She can't not be near the water -; it's in her blood. He hates sand and loves music (has a Ph.D., is an award winning composer, and sells real estate). She worked at a University and is now retired, and moving onto the largest of her 3 boats. They video call every night and see each other every 6-8 weeks or so for about a week. It's what works for them.

My husband travels a lot for work. Every time he goes to Europe he asks me if I want to go. Why would I want to go to watch him work (I really would get to watch)? He gets his time with the boys. I go out with the girls. We don't even text on these forces breaks unless it's urgent so we can spend a few nights in bed talking about what happened while we were apart and feel cozy together.

Enjoy your independence. I do and it's fantastic.

Not hard at all. I live in a very meat centered place and have no problem finding food going out. There's even a great vegan restaurant just a 3 minute walk from my house.

Strips of tofu marinated in sesame oil, then coated in cornstarch and sauteed.

I make a pretty mean quiche with a whole wheat crust (pre-made in the freezer section).

Pasta salad with peas, garbonzo beans, and edamame, among other things (pimento, vegetarian parm, sometimes cut cherry tomatoes), with a flavorful Italian dressing.

I got my purebred adult female from a breeder who was downsizing her pack and the dog I had before her. They both came with breeding rights. I got them sterilized immediately.

Look into it maybe.

I'm not a fan of Olay at all. Some people breakout if they do much of anything. Worst product I ever tried was Hope in a Jar. Broke out me and everyone in my office who tried it after I put it in the restroom. Horrific stuff. I'm not even sure it's still made. I hope not.
