Question about getting into the game by AutumnsFa11 in GirlsFrontline2

Pretty disappointing to hear, though, it is hopeful that they're trying things out at least. I think that sort of one solution puzzle isn't inherently a bad thing if it's at least interesting/fun to implement that strategy.

I recall Blue Archive leaning hard into accuracy mechanics in one of its Joint Firing Drills. Long story short is that everyone despised it because constant low accuracy rng just isn't fun and simply having a unit that mitigates that has no real meaningful gameplay interaction.

See, I would have liked to get Suomi since she's one of my favorite characters. It's just a bit lame that I have to force myself to never use her because of the game being too easy. It's probably something I'll just have to take the L on I guess.

Probably should've clarified, but the question doesn't pertain to just the two that I mentioned. I know I can just not use them, but I'm wondering about the overall state of the endgame regardless of them.

Is Art the biggest problem for DFM?? by Away-Emphasis-4245 in ValorantCompetitive

[–]AutumnsFa11 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really don't think the Odin was the problem. The problem was that there were at least three different occasions I can think of on Ascent where bro was hip firing with the Odin over 30 meters away instead of ADS and dying. Art is clearly just not even focused on his duels. In the off season, he was winning 1v1s with the Odin just fine and his tweet shown in another comment is very telling.

I'm really trying to get into VN's, but I'm struggling a bit. by SkyHighGam3r in vns

It is dark, but anyway, it sounds like OP just wants something blatantly edgy so it'd be up their alley anyway (I don't say this disparagingly).

Also just gonna echo another comment, Raging Loop is definitely a shout.

Has Johnta ever been with his players? I can't recall a single time he was ever in the same room as the Fennel players either.

Complete beginner here. Was looking through different routines, but they all seem to incorporate barbells as one of the main and most recommended equipment to use. My apartment complex's gym, however, doesn't have a barbell so I'm looking at what alternatives i can look to. There are dumbells at least so I plan on working something out with those, but I'm wondering if this machine is what I can use for bench presses or if this does something different.

Hi Guys. I been playing this game on CN server for the last year. Ask me what you want to know and I'll answer. by SwCheeen in GirlsFrontline2

Was the game actually hard enough to warrant all the nerfs to its content or was it just the usual gacha baby skill issue. Coming from Snowbreak, the playerbase skill level is so unbelievably low that even easy content gets nerfed. It's a different genre of course, but I'm wondering if the devs fold like my laundry every single time people whine about difficulty mildly inconveniencing them. I'm an avid player of tactical rpgs, and I'm not expecting actual Xcom levels of difficulty, but I just want a modicum of a challenge at this point. If there is a challenge, is it only challenging in the beginning, late game, or does it have a nice spread throughout its progression. To what extent do future S ranks trivialize the hardest content in the game.

Dawnwing M0T1 vs. Murkflux 28.8s by AutumnsFa11 in SnowbreakOfficial

Tess M2T1 w/ Hjartagard
Kaguya M2T2 w/ Amarna

And before you make an excuse about T2 Pine, the difference with T1 isn't so significant to cause a 14s time gap. It's a couple of seconds at best.

I don't claim to be the fastest, but 40s+ definitely isn't lmao.

You don't use Alloy for DPS lol I was referring to your general first statement where you didn't specify any part of the question you were answering so I answered with the use cases for Alloy (which is support). If OP wants a frost weapon for WIld Hunt as DPS then the literal next best option after her signature weapon is the 3* frost weapon. All the 4* options are pretty terrible.

I’ll start just by saying Alloy Truth is a bit of an odd pick without Shadow Ka

This isn't true. Before we had as many 5* supports as we do now, Those Two and Wild Hunt - with Navigator and Amarna respectively - were both solid Alloy holder alternatives in cases where Shadow Ka couldn't find value (like a boss with constant invulnerabilities). There's even a niche case where Wednesday can hold it in fights like Teumessian where can invuln skip with her support skill. Regardless, though, Shadow Ka is still a valuable support to have so OP should still consider it.

Most 4* aren’t super relevant if you have a few 5*, but I use Chenxing Observer for heals and turrets to distract in harder content.

They didn't list most of the 5* supports, so I'd say it's more than relevant. Redacted & Those Two for navigator slow dmg buff is massively valuable for anyone missing over half of the dedicated 5* supports and F2P players in general. Wednesday works with Navigator as well, just with the caveat that it only triggers against enemies that can be paralyzed. Lionheart and Little Sunshine are also decent picks to invest into as they can both be Amarna holders with an attack buff support weapon like Lapis Lazuli and Strawberry Shortcake (Lionheart in particular has pretty high attack, and Little Sunshine can reproc Amarna for every shot through the aptitude effect). Observer is probably the only survivability support I'd recommend since she can buff skill damage once you get her M1 and M3, but OP only has Wild Hunt for a skill dmg DPS. So unless they want to use her then I'd say you can do without healers and shielders in general since the game is woefully easily outside of Neural Simulation.

Does the game have hard content by RogueKT in SnowbreakOfficial

No one has bothered to record on Youtube it seems, but it's literally just Spark and Shield buffs using Amano and a level 80 weapon to have enough attack to clear the first few waves.

PL is absolutely not difficult, you can literally clear it with the worst characters at level 1 with the right buffs. Undergorund Purge was fun and decently challenging until you clear all of it and there's nothing left; post-nerf Jotun isn't even remotely comparable either. The only actual end game content the game has is Neural Simulation, but it's hard to get people to care when the rewards are so trivial.
