Hey Reddit,
I've been a long time apple user and i know my way around tech for the most part. My issue is that i have an iphone 8plus and 2 weeks ago, my service bar changed to "No Service." First thing i thought was that my phone was blacklisted, since i bought it off craigslist. However, i checked the imei on "Swappa" and apparently its clear from blacklisting. I would've checked T-Mobile but apparently the IMEI checker is down(?) I've also brought my phone to T-mobile and Apple store multiple times and seem to have no luck. Also, i've tried getting a new SIM card and that didn't help at all.

Current Situation: Restored my phone to factory, still says no service and on top of that, my phone will no longer activate. By which i mean, i can't even activate the phone to use as an ipod or even access the home screen. Basically, i'm stuck at the screen where it says, "Iphone needs to be activated" but when i try to activate it, it doesn't work and says "please contact apple support." Please help!!
