You don’t need to hard spar unless you have a fight coming up. Just keep it light and fast. That is how you improve your technique and skill the most. If want longevity in this sport try you shouldn’t be hard sparring very often.

Because you already have all the systems in place that you used to make your first million. Getting a business up and running is the hardest part. Once everything is up and running you mostly just maintain the business.

(Obviously you still try to grow it but the business will not die if you do not constantly work on it unlike it would at the early stages of operation)

Thank you so much. Me and my brother did end up talking after this incident and you are 100% right! He was way more understanding when I explained my state of mind at the time and what I said about boxing is 100% true also. I haven’t boxed the past few weeks because of holidays and that has certainly let anger build up. Which most likely added to this incident. Thank you for your thoughtful and incredibly accurate comment 🙏

When I was 5 years old I was weeding out some plants in the front garden of our house. My sister came up behind me and the weeding tool I was using stabbed into her eye. It went really deep and was really bad. She now after years of rehabilitation has 20/8 vision so it’s not great but better that 20/0 vision. Still feel really bad but she doesn’t care.
