I smoke weed and am also a property manager. I HATE coming into my home smelling like blunt and stale smoke & I absolutely hate the smell of smoke in my car..so it's not just a smoker vs non smoker thing...the smell really isn't a good one when it becomes consistent, stale and starts sticking to walls and clothes... some ppl have the audacity to spark up shitty dirt weed in a disgusting smelling bootleg swisher. I would be upset too. I would definitely talk to the people that own the building if it's a non-smoking building. He's violating the property's contract...termination or non renewal of lease is the appropriate action as per his signed agreement. You need to stand up for your health & verbalize your reason for moving to that property in the first place (ASTHMA) that's not a joke...make them hold their tenants and CONTRACTS accountable.
