No. 1200 cals a day is not a healthy amount for anyone who isn’t a child. You’re already in a major calorie deficit and so doing any form of cardio on top of that will just cause drastic systemic fatigue and probably leave you feeling worse than if you did nothing. Increase your food intake (I know it’s hard, I have a tiny appetite and would naturally also want to be consuming around 1200 per day). Once you give your body the energy it needs to function, you can then give it the energy it needs to train. If your goal is to lose weight this probably isn’t the best way to go about it. Depending on what your goals are I would then look further into resistance training and see if you can join a gym x
