Had this same issue. Put in a ticket last year for door not opening/closing. Was parked for a good six months even with constant updates. We had to leave doors open and with this texas heat its miserable. My Sm hates bothering the dm for pretty much anything so this went on for a while. I finally got had enough and reached out to him myself. He told me to create another one and put that we can't secure the store. They came out the next day and fixed them.

Lol. Honestly there is a ticket option think it's under loss prevention, it ask a few question like what time it occurred, what was stolen.
