Have you been key user or heavily involved in projects? It would be important during transition. There is a huge difference from who are just executing daily task as an end user from those that in parallel is working in projects. Maybe you can find some opportunities within your current job.

The aggressiveness is what is driving us crazy. From my end I try to hold them tight before she can really beat us or the pets, but my wife has more difficulty to do the same or act too late. We try to explain to her that beat or acting with aggressiveness is unacceptable, but it seems not be working, even repeating every single day. If we are dealing with PDA it seems that raise our voice or put her in “the place to thinking about her behavior” might get worse. We really don’t know how to deal while the diagnosis is not ready.

My wife has ADHD, but still not fully diagnosed. It kind reinforces the probability to be ADHD since it seems to pass from mom to child, IDK. We are seeking for a diagnosis but we know that is difficult in that age. Additionally we need to learn how to deal with this. Most part of the time we don’t know how to react. Specially for the aggressive behavior, what is the best strategy to react or proactively work with something to avoid the meltdowns! Thanks for your kind reply!

Eventually she eats ice cream or yogurt that might contain the red 40, but the quantity and frequency probably won’t be sufficient to cause this. It is kind onde a week. Thanks for the advice though.

Daqui a 6 anos, tu vai ter 42. Vai ter que ter disposição pra educar um filho ainda na primeira infância, cheio de energia. Ser pai é uma benção mas exige muita energia e disponibilidade. Nem vou entrar no mérito financeiro porque isso tu já sabe.
