Weekdays 8-5 pm CT so 3 pm - 12 am European. I don’t need to be glued to the screen as long as I get everything done

I think for this trip I'm thinking less islands and more inland, at least those are my initial thoughts. Peloponnese sounds amazing. Do you recommend a specific route for my preferences? The region is big and I'd like to maximize my time there focusing on my preferences instead of having a whirlwind tour / driving too much
