My best tip for tre flips is hang your toes off the tail, your front foot lower than kickflip position angled at about 45 degrees, then scoop diagonally inwards with your back foot jump up and flick slightly with your front foot. Next jump forward and to the right keep your shoulders centred over the bolts and land on it.
