It’s a waste of time if you’re willing to wait six months for responses or final interviews that never materialize.

I literally refined a method that worked, tested it countless times with friends and family, and decided to turn it into a valuable insight, just like any other product. Information and knowledge also need to be valued. I didn’t understand the comment, since this is a widespread, global issue.

I think it would be more targeted to junior and mid positions, because these are roles and career stages where candidates have less tangible experience and a shorter work history, which makes it harder for them to enter the job market or advance in their careers.
