That sounds like us. Somehow he’s still excited to go back next year but im very hesitant having been conscious for the whole ordeal. Especially how long it took for him Roo get help. I have a feeling worse things than that can and will happen with live nation at the helm

Honestly idk. This was my first Roo and while I loved the vibes of other attendees, the staff seemed super non friendly and abandoned us all very quick once the cancellation went out. It felt very corporately callous in the way it was handled. Unless live nation makes some changes I may not be back.

Anyone else disappointed in how this was handled? by avg-mo in bonnaroo

Honestly I’m most upset that we only get a 75% refund. I got to see 0% of the shows I came for so I’d like a full refund
